The master bath benefited from an additional forty square feet stolen from a closed in open air area, and turned out fairly pretty. It was gutted down to the studs, and required new "to code" plumbing.
Before: (Planning: Upstairs Bath) A bad jacuzzi glassed in tub was squeezed into the space, with a small hand-held shower head serving as the "shower". The vanity was in poor condition, and the space felt very dark and 1990s. There was no available storage, and minimal lighting.
After: (just missing the wood trim around the medicine cabinets)
